I NEED one of these: Forerunner 310XT
Garmin's latest offering is similar to the Forerunner 305, but much better. Some of the obvious reasons are:
- It's water-proof (say it with me "open water swimming").
- It has up to 20 hours battery life (instead of the previous 10 hours).
- Wireless data transfer.
- It's smaller (2.1"x2.2", instead of 2.1"x2.7", but with the same screen size).
- It's lighter.
....WOW.

I am using www.gyminee.com for food tracking. It's not the best for workout logging, but the nutrition side is the best one I have seen so far. I am using the free version... :)

I NEED to start keeping a food diary. Details of why and the overall plan to come. I will need you, my bloggy friends to provide me with some accountability.
Yesterday's Eats:
Breakfast. Fiber One cereal with vanilla soy milk


Mid Morning. Three LARGE cups of coffee (with a bit of sweet 'n' low...bad, i know)

Lunch. One Lean Pocket

Dinner. One whole wheat pancake with syrup and two scrambled eggs
